300 MILLION PEOPLE IN THE UNITED STATES, 83% OF WHOM LIKE THEIR HEALTH CARE COVERAGE THE WAY IT IS, AND THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION CONTINUES TO PUSH FOR MASSIVE HEALTH CARE REFORM, TO TRY AND COVER 30 TO 50 MILLION PEOPLE WHO DON’T HAVE HEALTH CARE INSURANCE.__ Hmmm 300 MILLION PEOPLE IN THE US,  AND REFORMING THE WHOLE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM FOR  MERE 50 MILLION PEOPLE WHO DON’T HAVE INSURANCE?____YA KNOW FOLKS,  AT SOME POINT IN TIME, THE TIDES OF LIFE CHANGES, PROSPERITY RISES AND FALLS, THOSE WITH SPIRIT PERSERVER,___ THERE’S JOB LOSS, PAY CUTS, SICKNESS, DEATH, ELDERLY PARENTS TO CARE FOR, KIDS, CATASTROPHE,__BEEN THERE DID ALL OF THIS___WE’RE STILL PLUGGIN’ ALONG, BUT WE DIDN’T SIT AROUND AND WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO CARE FOR US EITHER!__WE WENT FOR YEARS WITHOUT HEALTH COVERAGE AND WERE BLESSED NOT TO NEED IT. FACTS- SOCIAL SECURITY IS IN TROUBLE, MEDICAID BROKE, THE DEMS WANNA STRIP MONEY OUT OF MEDICARE TO HELP PAY FOR HEALTH CARE REFORM, BUT TELLS US IT WON’T COST ANYTHING OR ADD TO THE DEFECIT__HOW DO YOU REFORM HEALTH CARE FOR 300 MILLION PEOPLE AND NOT SPEND A DIME?___YA DON’T__YA STRETCH THE TRUTH ABOUT IT AND HOPE LIKE HELL NOBODY NOTICES! IF OBAMA CARE HEALTH CARE REFORM PASSES, THOSE OF US WHO HAVE HEALTH CARE WILL BE TAXED TO HELP PAY FOR THOSE WHO DON’T!?! OBAMA ADMIN. __TOO FAR LEFT, TOO FAST___IF YA WANNA TWEAK HEALTH CARE, THEN START BY ADDING TORT REFORM AND STOP THE FRIVILOUS LAWSUITS!

On the news this morning, reporters said, that Dems are saying, they believe, that there is a Republican Conspiracy against the Obama Regime in Health Care reform.

There is no Conspiracy friends. It’s called dissent. It’s called lack of confidence in our leaders.  Don’t change the language to turn real dissent against the will of Government to make it look as if you the Government is the victim, it’s not working. Bringing up former CIA practices (once again) from the Bush/ Cheney era isn’t going to work this time either. Bush blaming is getting old and you’ve worn it out!

YOU WON, REMEMBER? THAT’S WHAT THE DEMS SAID! YOU DON’T NEED THE REPUBLICANS INPUT? IF YOU GO DOWN YOU GO IT ALONE! YOU CAN’T BLAME ANYONE ELSE. I THINK WHAT’S TRULEY HAPPENED HERE IS, NO ONE BELIEVED THE AMERICAN PEOPLE HAD ANY KAHUNAS TO STAND UP FOR WHAT WE BELIEVE. AND WHAT WE BELIEVE IS REAL.

I just saw this reported on Fox News and I am passing this info along. A Language change in Health care called “Nuclear Option” . Allegedly designed to perhaps by pass the current health care bill.  Dems are saying they are apparently ready to go through with some kind of health care this year, alone if need be ( without the GOP). This nuclear option would ( cram down) force through the bill with 51 votes, a reconciliation. But the Dems also allege, this is not their focus? It’s also been reported that this nuclear option is being used as a distraction from public health care bill HR 3200. Dems are not saying yay or nay, but it appears it is an option on the table and they are are looking into. Dems have also called for records of major health care insurance companies.

Americans, Please keep abreast of any information regarding health care, the language changes constantly. Pass  along the info you gather to family and friends, the more the American people are informed the better. I’m no Journalist, just another voice.

No matter what side you choose to be on these days Republican or Democrat, the debate is clear, one side wants public health care or co-op that will lead in the back door of public health care, and one party doesn’t.

Sometimes when I comb through the newspapers and the blogs and it just looks like a big fat HE SAID SHE SAID PISSIN’ MATCH and the one with the majority of votes wins!

Who’s winning right now is, the American people, because they’re standing up for what they believe in. At town hall meetings, on blogs, on comments blogs on TV. And these average Americans ( make no mistake they are average Americans) are their doing it, despite our representative name calling, accusations of manufactured or bused in anger and they are doing what exactly needs to be done. This current so called health care crisis isn’t about health care at all, its about government expansion. Health care insurance is not a right, nor in the Constitution.  It’s Governments job to uphold our rights in the Constitution. But, One gets the impression from some of our representatives that they have forgotten who put them in office. One gets the impression that they know what’s best for us, regardless of what the constituents think. We don’t like truth twisting because one side is losing the battle. The American People are alert and they are watching. Enough of this he said she said crap and the constant language change of Health Care, just to get it shoved through both the house and senate! We don’t want,  universal, public option, government run, co-op or anything that even speaks a Government run health care or insurance. At the risk of sounding repetitive, health care coverage, is, out there and available, but it’s not free. When my husband and I were in our 20’s BK (before kids) we didn’t have health care coverage, we built our home early and we were payin bills and fore went the coverage. Now, I’m damn sure that’s a good part of the Democradic numbers that they use to determine the amount of people who don’t have coverage. A portion of them are young and don’t want it. I have no facts here, this is merely my opinion, a little common sense, combined with some reading between the lines. But I’ll lay you two to one, alot of people who are eligible for medicaid don’t know it, or if they do know,  they don’t know where to go to get it or don’t want it either, if these people aren’t informed, they need to get informed, it is their responsibility, not anyone else’s. The other numbers the Dems are looking at, are probably illegal aliens being added into the mix. Here’s a thought, let them become american citizens, LEGALLY. Then let them buy their health care insurance like we do. Then you have a group of people that make too much money to get Medicaid, but who don’t make enough money to buy their own private insurance, these are the people who truly need the help. My husband got laid off and we didn’t have insurance for a over year in half, back in 2000, when he finally got another job we had insurance. BIG DEAL, YA KNOW WHAT, WE SURVIVED, EVEN WITH TWO KIDS. _ This way of life is so common they gave it a name, it’s called “THE UPS AND DOWNS OF LIFE”  This is not Wonderland, nothing comes and sits on your lap,  unless you win the lottery. I ain’t that lucky. My Husband and I learned the hard way, after 34 years, you play out the hand of cards your dealt, til your dealt another hand  and if ya don’t like it, then change it!

In conclusion, The whole Health Care industry doesn’t need a complete over haul to help those in need.  And I said help, a hand up, not live their lives  for them. The health care industry needs to be tweaked and not in the direction of Public Government Run Health Care or CO OP.

The Continued bombardment of the Democrats about, what I think is a manufactured Health Care crisis, doesn’t need a complete over haul. Lets fix whats broken, not what works. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, Canada,  England and third world countries come here to the United States because we have the finest health care in the world. Health Care is a privilege, not a Constitutional right. Health care coverage is an individual responsibility of each of us. It’s there if we want coverage. But, It’s not free. And it’s not Government Responsibility to provide it for us. Health care costs in my opinion are high because of the constant, invention of new procedures, medicine and technology. What’s broken is the liability coverage doctors have to pay to ward off potential law suits. In some instances it is upwards of $200,00o. While there are always a bad apple in the bunch, such as there is in the Medical field, all Doctors are not neglectful, I’m sorry to say I know a neglectful doctor when I see one, I experienced it first hand, just before and during my mothers death.

Folks, Doctors are not God. They are mortal men. The only one who can provide divine intervention on a life threatening illness, is the Lord himself. In According to his will , not ours.

I’m not disputing the fact that it is devastating to families, when procedures, treatments and medical personnel goes wrong. But each and every incident does not warrant a frivolous lawsuit.

Each of these lawsuits, push liability coverage the doctors carry ever higher, resulting in trickle down to us, the patient. We nee to start with tort reform. Below is a description of what tort actually is. Next I believe we need to open the competitiveness in Health Care Coverage market across the United States. For instance, If I live in Pa and I want a particular health insurance that’s only available in Ohio, lets have the option to buy it there . We do not need a total overhaul of Health Care reform. Our Health care coverage is already in place, let’s tweak what we have!

Stay alert and please watch for the ever changing language in health care.

In 1972 New Zealand introduced the first universal no-fault insurance scheme for all accident victims, which provides benefit from the government run Accident Compensation Corporation without respect to negligence. Its goal is to achieve equality of compensation, while reducing costs of litigation. In the 1970s Australia^[2 and the United Kingdom drew up proposals for similar no-fault schemes,^[3 that were later abandoned.
